Artwork Availability

Purchasing Artwork

Original paintings may be purchased through the online gallery for local pickup in the Canandaigua area unless otherwise arranged.

If you are interested in purchasing a painting and require shipping, please contact the studio directly to discuss availability, packaging, and shipping arrangements.

Full payment is required before artwork is released.

Shipping Policy

Shipping for original artwork is arranged on a case-by-case basis to ensure safe handling and delivery.

Buyers requesting shipping will receive:

• A shipping quote prior to finalizing the order

• Estimated delivery timeframe

• Tracking information when available

Anna Kern Art Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the artwork has been transferred to the carrier.

Local Pickup

Local pickup appointments can be scheduled after purchase confirmation. Buyers will receive pickup instructions and scheduling information via email.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique and original nature of artwork, all sales are final.

If artwork arrives damaged during shipping, the buyer must notify the studio within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage and packaging so a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier.

Copyright & Image Use

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Anna Kern and are protected by copyright law.

Purchasing a painting does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be reproduced, printed, distributed, or used commercially without written permission from Anna Kern.

Commissions
